Refund policy

As the resources you purchase are delivered electronically, it is not possible to truly "return" an electronic file after it has been downloaded or accessed. Thus, all sales of digital resources are considered final and non refundable. 

We may offer a refund or exchange in a few limited circumstances, on a case-by-case basis. 

To request a refund, you can contact us at info@slpforkids.net. If your request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@slpforkids.net.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
